Budget for the distribution agreements and Q1 planning

Hi,

Thanks for the work on the supplier contracts this quarter. Our CFO has asked me to tighten outside counsel spend for next year, so before we start the distribution agreements could you send a budget estimate?

We are also opening two new warehouses in Q1 and I am not sure yet who should handle the leases and the staffing questions that come with them.
